<br><br>1) FOOT POSITIONING: Always land on the balls of your feet as it is critical to keeping good posture and balance. Avoid landing on your heels as it can cause injury and will ruin your double under performance.<br><br>2) NO EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT: Gaining mastery over the speed rope is about mastering muscle memory and timing. When jumping with your jump rope look to always attain rhythm. Avoid excessive movement in your body especially in your upper body. Move the rope with your forearms in a circular motion, try and keep your arms as straight as possible. <br><br>3) POSTURE IS KEY: Start of slow and just try and get a hold of the hand-eye coordination that it takes to effectively skip rope then move onto double unders while KEEPING good posture. Do not raise your knees or jump too high simply move the rope with your wrists faster.<br><br>4) Always remember that the WRISTS drive the rope not your arms or your shoulders.
