1. Doing Too Much Too Soon.

3. Only Doing Long Cardio Sessions.

This is where you alternate between high intensity exercise with low intensity recovery periods. Doing both interval training and resistance training are good ways to lose weight quickly and improve your lean muscle tissue.

4. Eating What You Want Because You Exercise Regularly.

Exercising regularly doesn’t automatically mean that you can eat what you want. You can exercise as much as you want, but if those calories that you’ve burned are being substituted with with unhealthy foods and extra fats, it’s not likely that you’ll achieve your fat loss objectives. To lose weight you need to reduce the amount of fatty and sugar filled fast foods you eat and opt for more fresh fruit and vegetables.

5. Doing Exercises You Don’t Enjoy.

A lot of people dread exercise when they want help losing weight. But there are plenty of good ways to exercise and by giving some of them a try, you will find at least one that you’ll enjoy.
