Chris Milbank – Why Reflective Relatterning Is Different To Other Therapies

In this video Chris Milbank, the developer of Reflective Repattering therapy talks about how this is different to other therapies.

Reflective Repattering is a way of working with opposites. Most therapies assess the difficulties in our lives and things from the past in terms of the negative side of the issue. RR doesn’t only clear the negative side of the issue, but also clears what is below the surface, which allows you to also fully heal what is below the surface. Namely, by healing the resistance to loving the problem.

Even very effective therapies work on the idea that the negative aspect is the only area that needs to be focused on. However not having the ability to love a problem means there is still a charge and there is still something that we can’t release. Clearing the opposites of the problem will clear the energy creating a state of neutrality and freedom.
