The Ryan Lochte Workout has been a popular topic ever since Lochte was named Swimmer of the Year. In fact many believe that Ryan is now the best swimmer in the world, even better than Phelps. I doubt if he will ever top the Olympic glory of Phelps, but who will? Anyway, I am going to do my best to scour the Net to see what I can find out about his workout plan. If I don’t find much, I will at least try to put up some entertaining videos of this amazing athlete in action.
