Total Body Yoga Ball Exercise Poster – Tighten Core, Legs, Gluts & Upper Body

Just recently, I started doing resistance exercises. But then, I didn't know where to begin. Beyond running workouts (not rocket science), I had very little track record of exercising as an individual. Cardio was good for decreasing unwanted fat, however I wanted a substantially more muscular figure. Not extremely muscular, basically more toned and tight looking. I wanted to be able to comfortably lift heavier things. I was somewhat scrawny and never truly saw definition in my arms, shoulders, abs or my legs, which seems insane since the amount of cardio I did. <br><br>Then, I started with a trainer. It turned out to be a real treat being able to afford a physical fitness instructor. I wished I'd committed a little money to that earlier in my life. I probably would not have had to go through the process of gaining &amp; loosing 30lbs!<br><br>Having a fitness instructor was great when I was with her, however when I wasn't exercising with her I had no clue what precisely workouts to do. I only could afford her once a week.<br><br>That's when I discovered this poster. It is awesome because I can use it in my home gym. Whenever I like. 11pm, 5:30am &amp; even if I wake up sleepless at 3am. I'm self-employed, so on occasion I'll take a break mid day &amp; work out then. The poster shows which muscles every exercise focuses on which is is great simply because I can look in the mirror and say, hey!
